- Exchange and Return Policy
While it is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand situations arise that may require us to facilitate an exchange/return.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange/refund, minus shipping & handling charges. All returns must be postmarked with in (14) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on products designated as non-returnable. - Return Process
To return an item(s), please contact us by email at support@sonorancandle.com with “Return” and your order number in the subject line. Please provide a photo of the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your exchange/return request . Approval of your exchange/return will be determined upon inspection of returned items.
Once we have approved your exchange/return, we will respond with instructions to complete your exchange/return request. Insuring your return package is advised, as you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, and you carry the risk of loss/damage during shipment. - Intellectual Property
